Bluetooth control for tractor s rear lift with enhanced efficiency

The electro-hydraulic control system receives set signals from the control panel in the cab and actual signals from angle displacement sensors and force sensors through the controller. Based on the deviation between the set signals and the actual signals, it controls the electromagnet of the electro-hydraulic control valve to achieve the lifting and lowering of the lifter. Depending on different operations and usage requirements, it can perform the following functions: force control, position control, integrated force and position control, active vibration reduction during transport, control of descent speed, lifting height limit, rapid descent, button lift control at the rear of the vehicle, and automatic sensitivity matching, among others.

The electro-hydraulic lifter has many advantages such as improving operational comfort, reducing fuel consumption, increasing production, and enhancing safety (active vibration reduction function). It can automatically adjust the machine's working status according to the field soil conditions for the user in a timely and accurate manner.
